Everything you need to know before your celebration.
How many children can attend?
Padabida is designed for up to 15 children (ages 0–6).
We recommend 12–15 for the most comfortable experience.
The space comfortably accommodates up to 30–35 guests in total (including adults).
Each booking reserves the entire venue exclusively for your group.
How long is the booking and when can we arrive?
Each booking includes 3 hours of private use.
You may enter 15 minutes before your start time to set up comfortably.
If you choose the standard package, you will also have 30 minutes after the event for a light reset of the space.
To ensure every celebration runs smoothly, we kindly ask that the space is vacated at the scheduled end time.
If you’d like more time, you can add an extra hour or choose the 6-hour package.
Can we bring our own food?
Absolutely.
At Padabida, you have full access to a fully equipped kitchen.
You are free to bring food from home, order from your favourite restaurant or prepare something on-site.
You may also rent our mini pancake machine for a fun, interactive food experience.
We focus on the space and atmosphere — giving you the freedom to celebrate your way.
Do we need to clean?
Standard package:A light reset of the space is required before departure.
Premium package: No clean-up required — we take care of everything.
A light reset includes returning toys to their places, loading used dishes into the dishwasher and leaving surfaces tidy.
Cleaning materials are always available on-site.
Is there supervision?
Padabida is a self-hosted private venue.
We do not provide childcare services.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times during the celebration.
Our space is designed to be safe, open and age-appropriate — but active adult supervision is always required.
What makes PADABIDA different?
Padabida is not a public playground.
It is a private, curated celebration space designed for calm, meaningful gatherings.
Just your group, your pace, your celebration.
We focus on thoughtful design, natural materials and a warm, welcoming atmosphere — so children can play freely and adults can truly relax.
Booking & Payment
A 100€ non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date.
The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the event.
Bookings are confirmed only after the booking fee has been received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
• More than 14 days before →
Booking can be rescheduled once, deposit is transferable
• 7–14 days before →
Deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred once
• Less than 7 days →
No refunds or transfers
Damage deposit
We trust our families to treat the space with care and respect.
There is no formal damage deposit required.
However, the booking holder is financially responsible for any intentional or excessive damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Our goal is simple — mutual trust and respect.

Safety & Restrictions
To maintain a safe and respectful environment:
• No food or drinks in the play area
• No candles, open flames or fireworks
• No smoking or vaping
•Alcohol is not permitted during children’s events
• No pets
We reserve the right to stop any activity that compromises safety or respect for the space.
Supervision & Liability
Padabida is a private rental space.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children throughout the celebration. Padabida does not provide childcare services.
By booking the space, the host accepts responsibility for all guests during the event.
We encourage shared supervision among adults so everyone can enjoy the celebration comfortably.
Property & Damages
Please treat the space, toys and equipment with care.
Any intentional or excessive damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
Items may not be removed from the premises.
Hygiene & Age Policy
Padabida is designed specifically for children aged 0–6 years.
Socks are required in the playroom.
Outdoor shoes are not permitted in the play area.
To keep the play area clean and safe, food and drinks are allowed only in the designated dining/kitchen area.
